Reservations:

We provide domestic and international travel service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our “After Hours” service is “In-House” provided; no third party subcontractors are used. All transactions within the U.S. and Canada can be made using our toll free number. We can be reached outside the U.S. and Canada through select business phone numbers. An agent will always answer ----- three rings

Reservations can be made using our “Agent Assisted” or “On-Line Self-Booking” service options.

Agent Assisted – All reservations, tickets, and other documents are processed by our agents at our corporate offices and are delivered to your locations as required. We will utilize overnight delivery services for out of area locations.

Online Self-Booking - Internet URL based process where travelers select reservation options and MT&T performs quality control, ticketing, record retention and reporting. We will provide full training and assistance support to include a phone “help line." (See Technology for more information).

MT&T uses Company and Individual Traveler Profiles. Company Profiles support Policy, program and preferred supplier negotiated contract conditions while individual profiles ensure traveler preferences. All profiles are electronically stored and maintained within the reservation system using “Word Files”, a secured profiling system that provides immediate access when initiating travel arrangements.
MT&T is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to service your needs. Electronic airline tickets can be issued immediately.
MT&T has over 26 years experience in arranging for groups from 10 to 5000 travelers, for domestic and international destinations. Our meeting, meet and greet, event and group travel management team will organize and oversee all or part of the planning process
We have full international rate desk capability with direct access and reservation capability with all major airlines and destinations to include international consolidation and service specialists in all major countries.
MT&T offers traveler assistance in applying for and renewing passports and visas and documentation to complete VAT reclamation.
We have full capability to convert any foreign currency to US dollars for travel expense reporting.
MT&T has full “on-line” pre-travel and post-travel management report capability and currently produces over 30 different management report options monthly.
We offer full report customization and data interface service to support even the most complex of client requirements.

Our management staff has over 100 years combined experience in domestic and international travel arranging, contract negotiation and management, group/meetings and incentives arranging.

We provide a full range of consulting services to include:
